个人简介：范久瑜，四川大学数学学院副教授，博士毕业于南开大学组合数学中心，2017-2018年期间访问了美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校。研究方向为代数组合学，研究课题主要是关于Schubert计数演算的组合学、对称函数、凸多面体的组合学等。在包括 《Math Z.》,《J. Combin. Theory, Series A》，《Math. Comput.》, 《J. Pure Appl. Algebra》, 《SIAM J. Discrete Math.》,《Adv. Appl. Math.》,《Sci. China Math.》等学术期刊上发表多篇论文。先后主持国家自然科学青年基金、面上项目等。

报告摘要：The Bruhat order on the symmetric group is a partial order that characterizes the inclusions of Schubert varieties. In this talk, we first recall the definition and background of the Bruhat order on the symmetric group. Then we talk about connections of the Bruhat order with Kazhdan-Lusztig theory and a conjecture of Brenti, Carnevale and Tenner on the rank symmetry of certain Bruhat intervals. This talk is based on joint work with Peter L. Guo(郭龙).
