个人简介：1983年7月毕业于河南师范大学（原新乡师范学院）数学系；1983年7月至1985年7月任高中数学教师；1985年8月至2003年4月在河南新乡教育学院任教；其中：1998年元月至1999年元月任英国Sussex大学访问学者；2001年6月至2003年4月任新加坡国立大学访问学者。2003年5月至今在华东师范大学数学科学学院任教；主要研究领域为椭圆函数论、基本超几何级数理论、数论及天才数学家Ramanujan遗留的诸多问题。迄今已发表70多篇研究论文。

报告摘要：The quintuple product identity is one of the most important theta function identity, which is widely used in the theory of theta functions and q-series. The quintuple product identity was first discovered by Kiepert in 1879 and later rediscovered by others many times. In this talk I will introduce an extension of the quintuple product identity and discuss its application to modular forms.
